Dr. Karl Westfall came to the Northwest as District Superintendent after being elected by the District Conference on July 15, 2004. He comes with 30 years of pastoral ministry experience. He and his wife Sharon have planted churches in California and Indiana. He has been a staff pastor, solo pastor and lead pastor. Whether the church is small, medium or large in size he has had experience. Most of Karl’s ministry was invested in four churches in California.
In this role of administration he brings a passion to assist the local church to be vibrant and healthy.
Karl and Sharon have been married 41 years and have two grown children, Erin and Charles. They have 2 grandchildren, Tyler and Noah.
EDUCATION:
Karl received a BA from San Diego State University
Masters of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary
Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary
